My family’s passion for good food has been passed down from generation to generation and with constant love and dedication, continues to grow with each day that passes. From an early age l understood two things: that the basis of every dish are high quality ingredients and that passion serves to elaborate and transform that dish into something unique and special.
My cooking is based on traditional, regional recipes prepared with local produce and fish and served simply with a contemporary twist.
I personally select all the ingredients l use: flour, meat and vegetables all come from local suppliers guaranteeing minimum environmental impact.
We offer a varied menu which changes every day; starters, pasta, ravioli, meat, fish and desserts - all prepared on the premises by myself and my dedicated team.
Our well stocked wine cellar offers a selection of the best national and regional wines to complement our menu.
